Router replacement

<p>I was sold a router which didn't work and told it would be replaced last week, still not received, heard,had a call, to my many emails </p> <p>Just endless promises and zero service</p> <p>I have asked for someone in management to call me but that seems to much trouble, all I get are a team leaders who cant sort a thing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am waiting for what should be service ********** 373</p> <p>Jeff Theodor</p>
