router not working

Good Day

Ever since I have booked my router for repairs on the 7th of October 2023 at Trade route mall job number: **********7. I was told by Vincent that it will take 2 weeks for repairs. Its now a month no feedback since the 16th October 2023 where I got an SMS that is was sent to advance repair, and I was given a link to track it, but the link is not even working.

This Router got damaged end August , I was sent up and down just to book it in after numerous calls yet I am paying for it still.
