Router damaged

I booked in my router early December 2023, I was told I will get it in January 2024. I had to follow up via Hellopeter regarding my router as no one contacted me. Third week of January I was told to collect at Trade Route mall, I got there there was no stock, no router. I called back Frank from Market Mall in Alberton as he was the one who told me I must go to Trade route. I explained to him that there was no router. Up until now I dont have a router and I am the one who constantly has to do follow up. Another guy from Alberton called and promised that I will have a router by the 02 February 2024, up to now there is nothing , no communication. My December debit order went through as well as January, yet I don't have the router , I am paying for something I am unable to use. Can I have a router, it is frustrating to pay for something I don't have. I am tired of being told lies after another.
Vodacom can not be benefiting and I am loosing.
