Rotten Vodacom Customer Care
Why are HP attorneys contacting me about an unpaid account? I have not had an account with Vodacom for over 4 years and have not had a bill from them either. Please could you resolve this urgently?
The only method I am given to take this up with vodacom is through their customer care number - which they charge me airtime to use - while I hold till they can get around to my call. Great customer care.
