ROTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE

To whom it may concern

I recently discovered ( 28 April ) that Vodacom was charging me double for my subscription fees over period of 5 months. I immediately logged a call with Nokonda in the Solutions department, however she passed me on to another lady called Tshenolo who after a long explanation and discussion with regard to a credit and me clearly stipulating that I would like the money refunded my person account; did I get a Ref # : 1- ********** 503891. I was informed of the 7 day waiting period and given the tele number for accounts as I was told the owns lies with me to follow up on the progress of my refund.

I decided to call again on Tuesday 2nd just to be sure my instruction ( Monies to be refunded to me ) was noted on the call and spoke with I think Ludibuyh, she in turned checked and confirmed the comment had been added and that there was no need for her to add the same comment.

On Friday 5th I followed up again, this time to find out if the credit was passed and it was. I then told the lady I requested a refund, her reply was “ the money first has to go in to your Vodacom account and then it will be refunded” she too confirmed the comment on the call that was logged and asks me to call back on Monday.

Monday 8th arrived and I made my call, after being shoved from person to person as the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing as well as no one actually knows what they talking about as stories vary from person to person. I’m finally, after 15mins transferred to the ‘SOLUTIONS’ department and speak with Dineo. Now, this is where things take a horrible turn and I am told that the instruction on the call that was logged was not clear and I would have to log another call and wait an additional 7 days for my money to be eft’d into my personal banking account.

It took me to ask Dineo three time to speak with the Manager whose name was finally given to me after my third request. Olga, takes my call and once again I explain my scenario, asking her why, if it was not my fault am I the one being punished and why is Vodacom not providing me with the customer service they so proudly say they do!!!

I place another call today and spoke with Eva but once again I was told that I have to wait 7 days and there is nothing they can do OR is it nothing they are prepared to do!!!

This was an exhausting attempt to rectify an error that VODACOM had created, why am I getting such **** SERVICE!!!!!!

WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would like this issue resolve by end of business today I do not wish to wait 7 days!!!!!
