rooter that i havent used but got billed for it and now im handed over to the ncube attorneys

i bought a rooter from vodacom in 2019 the rooter never worked i send it back to head office and ever since that time i never recieves the rooter back but been getting billed for it for the past year .they say i owe them R1780 i tried calling to get a answer but i got nowhere i dont owe them anything !!! and now they have handed me over to the lawyers i have all the evidence that they are ******* !! what a pathetic service they give ans what a pathetic service i have experienced i will never advice anyone to become a customer im so upset i just want this situation sorted out this is causing unecessary bad credit for me because of there stupidity i deserve a clean record of this ****! i cant do anything because of this stupid bill on my name.!
