Rooter out of stock

I was contacted on 10 Feb 2015, by a sales consultant Akasani. He sold me a wifi rooter contract. Since till now, i haven't received the product due to stock availability. The consultant never mentioned to me that the product is not in stock, but made an delivery date with me between 23 and 27 Feb 2015. I had to contact *** to discover that the product is out of stock. Since 2 March 2015 had to repeatedly contact Vodacom to enquire about the stock availability, no one even bothered to contact me to let me know the status. I feel that the level of selling a product to a customer goes beyond the service they need to give or after sales!!
