Rooter faulty

My wife has 4 months left on a contract for her rooter. About 2 weeks ago the rooter started to switch off automatically. To a point where u can't even a site. She uses the rooter on a daily basis for her small business. So eventually it became unbearable and she took it to the Voda shop in Menlyn. The device was booked in and the return time stated on the SMS was 2 to 3 days After a week my wife phoned to enquire about the replacement device. Then she was told that there is no stock and they have no clue when there will be stock so she just have to wait for stock. This is totally unacceptable seeing that she depend on the internet for her business and with out a rooter she is losing business
