Rooter

When I relocated from Hillandale, Woodlands, Bloemfontein to Westerbloem, Bloemfontein I discovered that there is no fibre available in Westerbloem. I discussed this with Marnu working at Vodacom Chatz, Woodlands, Bloemfontein and he advised me to switch over to WIFI and use a LTE rooter. He also ensure me that I will have no problems with the signal and will even be able to do streaming. I bought the rooter cash from the shop where he is working. The signal that I received at my home at Westerbloem is so poor that I rarely get a download speed of more than 1Mb/s and the rooter is therefore of no use to me. I requested Marnu to take the rooter back and refund me which he bluntly refused. The advise and service I received from this shop shows the poor quality of customer service from Vodacom.
