A whole month has passed and I still haven't received my refund whilst this company continues to debit the account so instead of R430.74 ,it has gone up. i don't understand how this could not be resolved .We were promised a resolution. I have a letter stating this account was paid and closed in 2023.I can take Legal action to resolve this matter ?To take people's money, this company is quick but to resolve issues and refund you its a problem.
