Robbing recharge airtime

I have been having an on-going email war with Vodacom business about the company *****ing recharge airtime from my account. I have a top up account and recharge this account when required. The amount shows as recharge for two days and then changes to standard airtime thereafter. At the end of the billing cycle the account is zeroed and i lose my recharge airtime. I pointed this out to their call centre who admitted that there was a problem, i wrote them a email and have been pushed from pillar to post with the Vodacom agent giving me different answers every time but never actually doing anything about the problem. It seems as if the company just hides behind this impenetrable wall and does not give a dam about its clients. It doesn’t even bother to call a client as to ascertain what the problem is, it just sends stupid responses that do not make any sense.

I posted my complaint a week ago, i received that i would be contacted in due course. Crumbs how long is your due course. Why does it take so long for Vodacom to attend to my funds being ****** by your company. Really your customer service stinks.

Its amazing how you can investigate a problem without even talking to the customer. I wish i had this ability. I maintain that you, Vodacom, has mis approiated funds from my account in the form of re charge money. I Fail to see how your business centre and your IT department can fix a problem if you do not have all the facts at hand and how this is possible without even talking to the customer either telephonically or via email is truly unbelievable. Do you treat all your customers in such a off handed manner. You cannot just say the the uChoose split was processed after the 9th March when funds that disappered before this time have not been accounted for.
