ROBBING PEOPLE!! SHAME ON VODACOM!!

I posted a complaint here 2 weeks ago and never received a reply from vodacom... actually they cut my line but keep robbing me and even increased my bill in over 2,600.. so it is now going over 7600 rands.

People please I ask you to share this... as consumers we are abused by companies like this one and they won't stop unless we force them to. thank you all.

THIS IS WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME:

I set limits on my phone so i could not get over my plan, working by disconnecting data and airtime when the limit is reached. That worked the first few months perfectly, i received the sms's and it would disconnect so i got billed my +-600 pm plan, but after those few months the service has not been working as advertised, getting billed 700, 900, 1000.... until now when i just got an over 5000 rands bill!!!!! I have called costumer service several times spending time, money and wnergy for months, which are resorces that nobody will ever get back to me. They have promised to fix this and that i wont get charged more than my plan but again i got a tremendous bill. This is just a *******... a shameful abuse to customers.

My email to vodacom... that they keep avoiding to reply.
I want my bill to be amended, all the extra charges deleted and my plan to have the working set limits that it should have working. This is what happened to me:
I have a contract with Vodacom for 24 months and a monthly fee of 608.50. When signing the contract, I asked to have set limits on my account so I could not go over my plan in order to then assure I would never pay any additional fees in the future. The call and data limits worked for the first few months by soft-locking my phone, so once reached my airtime limit I could not do any more phone calls until the next month and the same with airtime as once reached the plan limit I didn’t have mobile data until the next month. This limit service stopped working, for which I called and filled in several complaints with Vodacom and every time they would give excuses or even say that their system was migrated and the new system was not working properly and so the call limit was faulty (this information was given to me by a Vodacom representative via telephone), or even I was told it was my own fault not to keep an eye every day on my usage. On march this year I got billed and debited 5049.45 instead of my +-600 rands, which I have reversed back to my bank account awaiting for a solution. I have once again contacted Vodacom who just does not care to respond or offer a solution for their system, which they offer and take no responsibility for. On the 1st of March I went to Vodacom milnerton branch to ask about this situation and requested help from them, and from the employees there I got the information that Vodacom changed my plan and my limits unilaterally and that is the reason why my limits are not working, they also said that they had a new platform implemented mid last year (same information I received from the operator) and that the system has had issues with contracts. On 8th of April I have checked and the bill goes over 7600 rands, even when my phone line has been cut and it is not working anymore. 7600 rands for a +-600 rands contract with limits set to ensure it will never go over the +-600 rands.
I hope the person that reads this in vodacom has honesty and a heart so it would help to solve this situation. Please try to help me.
Kind regards,
