Robbing money from consumers

<p>Hi im Rendani.my cell no ********** 393 im surfering emotionaly because of vodacom, i took a contract last year throw vodacom everithing was well until losing my job on december. My boy friend promised to pay my contract.The contract was giving me unlimited air time and 5gb per moth.i was failing even to finish 2gb/m,Then february this year i find R5000.00 on my billing i call vodacom to elaborate no clear answer. so we decide to surenda the line. we talk to most of the consultant about it and i find it sorted. So they told us to pay R13 000 in the period of two years.we start to pay R700 every month from there until 3 month back when they didected R1600+ from my acount i went to the vodashop to cherck my ball and find around R4000 as my ballance i decide not to reverse the money, then last month they deducted another R1600+ .then i decided to call them to have a proof that everything is in place is where i find that i have twoo credits the ather one they say im owing R19 000 that one they say is in vodacom pre-legals and i decided to find out becouse those line are already terminated on march. they send me from coner to post . and i decided to reverse that R3 000+.Then i got an sms teling me that my credit is around R10000+ but i want an e mail conferming about that amount.and nobody is helping me.throw the email they promise that somebody will call me but in vain.will u pleas help me.i </p>
