Robbing customers of their money

Yesterday I bought a promotional 1G data @ R19 valid for 7days using my phone. I then received an sms saying the 1G i just bought is valid for 1day. When I called the call center they said on their system it shows that I bought a bundle that is valid for 1day. The consultant 1st said it's an error message and he will call me back today to check if the data did expire and I will be refunded. The same thing happened when my son also bought 1gig which is valid for 7days but the sms from Vodacom said its valid for 1day. Today when the consultant called me he said their system shows that my son and I bought 1day bundles and therefore there is nothing he can do, no refund no nothing. He couldn't answer me how does their system show something different from what I see on my screen when I buy data.

This means Vodacom is selling us stuff that doesn't exist. They are taking us customers for a ride while chowing our money. I am probably not the only person this has happened to. R19 might seem like small change to some people but to me its a lot, as I am unemployed my son needs to do his school work. Imagine how many 19rands have been taken by Vodacom from people like me???
