I saw an advert on the main entrance door for Playstation 5 for R11999.00 cash on prepaid

I placed an order, today Friday, I went to the store to pick my Playstation 5, the store manager refused to sell it to me for the sale price of R11999.00

Can you please give me my price, cause as a customer , I must pay for what I see,

The advert was passed and published for customers to buy , now I am being refused my right to buy the Playstation I saw at VODACOM ALISOM STORE at MAll of the north, limpopo
