ROBBING CLIENTS ON DEBT ORDERS MISSED- FAULT BY VODACOM SIDE
I have never had such a bad experience in years but now I am beyond annoyed. my account got put into arrears yet again VODACOM DOESNT CONTACT THE CLIENT as my debt order DID go off and my account is fully paid. I have now asked for numerous help to fix this but it just proves the *********** and uneducated I have to deal with to have this sorted out. I will be changing service providers very soon. I will stop Vodacom from debiting my account I'll pay you. so that no extra debiting can be done on my account.

15 Jul 2022, 13:59 ATT: Chantelle,i have had enough of this with Vodacom i will now find a way to take this legal,Vodacom just employs people to cover seats and I will not be a victim in this.my account was apparently suspended for a day and put me into arrears.I will take to social media again.i am being taken for an ass here because of the idiots working here my account will not be in arrears for the mistakes Vodacom's employees keep making and i will not let this go i will take this the legal road if i have to.pull my Voice recordings especially where i got told i can keep the devices as vodacom wont even bother to collect it this was a month Ago.i will not lets this go i will make life very difficult.you guys need to educate your staff
