Robbing And *****ing from my account

Hi, I am having a huge problem with Vodacom, I had a contract account which I took on the 21st of
January 2015 and on the 18th of December 2015 I lost my job I paid vodacom and never fell behind. I
then called their cancellations department on the 21st June 2016 and requested and recieved a qoute of
R1215.93 which I paid 2 days before expiry on the 28th June 2016. Few days after I called to find out if
my contract was cancelled and number changed to prepaid the agent who was assisting confirmed that my
number is prepaid and account closed, to my surprise I received an invoice for july and a debit order
which subsequently bounced and I suffered penalty fees, recieved another invoice which stated in owe
them R1042.22 then I immediately called them and had all calls recorded 1st agent said I do not owe
anything and transferred me to collections for them to give me a settlement letter 2nd agent who was
rude( from cancellations) said I am owing around R600 and transferred my call in the middle of the
conservation, 3rd agent said I owe around R300 then I asked to speak to collections team leader
(Nombeko) who promised to sort the matter and call me back on monday which for her position should
have serviced me well but didn't lead by example. To make matters worse another unauthorised debit
order now of R306.29 bounced and I had further penalties on my account. I called cancellations again
and asked to speak to a team leader, I was asked to hold and transferred to the collections department then
I was put on hold for 5 minutes. I am very disappointed with Vodacom and will warn everyone that their
*******, ***** and are not to be trusted because I was loyal to them but now I see too much incompetence
from them as a whole.I have recorded almost 90 % of my conversations with them and I hope someone can solve the matter
