******* from Vodacom

Never ever have I experienced such direct, blatant ******* from a large company. Because all shops are closed, who sells sim cards, we decided to buy a prepaid sim card online from Vodacom directly. We made the online purchase and paid 81c for the card and R130 for delivery.

After delivery we tried to activate the sim, with no success. I called the Vodacom helpline. The consultant told me that that card don't even have a number allocated to it. Apparently, according to Vodacom computers, it's an ******* card, not supposed to be sold to clients.

As we both are teachers and urgently wanted to set it up for emergency online teaching, it leaves us in a very bad situation, during the lock down period. My long road with Vodacom might actually end here, as well as everyone I know.

NEED I SAY MORE
