on Saturday the 30th of Januaury i purchaes a promo deal for 60mb for the day, i never received it. i had to purchase 10 rand airtime on credit as i was too busy to go to the shop, to purchase and additional 60mb. this morning my balance was R193 (this figure should have been R200) + my standard 100mb, i purchased R62 worth of airtime, my balance should be R249 after you have taken your R11, yet its telling i have less then that. Vodacome are *********, cause next thing an agent is going to call me telling me i subscribed to some unknown subscription i did not sign up. This ********, I am student and really shouldn't have to deal with such. this is the second time around this is happening. I asked the last lady from vodacom to unsubscribe me from any subscriptions which she said she would. so whoever is going to call me please don't ******** me. i want to know what the hell is happening with my account
