Vodacom does not have an app in the app store for accessing and receiving or sending emails using cell phones. For one to have vodamail access through the cellphone one has to get instore assistance, which costs R150 to R200 depending on the vodacom store you get to. This is ****************. Everytime I get a new phone,I have to pay vodacom for this service. It's time to get rid of vodamail,vodacom and their contract. One buys data from and is contracted to vodacom but still has to be charged for them to download their email app,which must be readily available in the app store. The vodacom app that is available is for sales purposes,general information and has no option for email access. I have tried most apps which claim to accept all types of emails from various networks but they reject or fail to accept vodamail addresses. Bad service indeed.
