****** of airtime on both vodacom numbers

<p>On the the 25th I scheduled airtime to be loaded in my vodacom number and as usually it was loaded. Phone was off during that time but when I switched-on the phone I was left with R0.01. I called the vodacom and told me I have used it. What kind of service is this?</p>

Airtime was showing but keep on decreasing each minute until I was left with R0.01. What does Dominic mean to say I must query with my bank.
