So today I loaded airtime advance. I took the R10 worth and I then proceeded to then attempt to purchase some daily data. To my surprise I was told I had insufficient funds. When calling in, Tsepo advised me that my R10 had gone towards vip games as well as a R10 a few days ago as well. He then continued to ramble about how I signed up for this. I actually did not. I tried to tell him how I had won a free day with Play Every Day and then never continued to use the service. I also *TRIED* to explain that I wasnt aware of this and that I was never told it would be a daily deduction. All that Tsepo had to offer was to unsubscribe me and how vodacom is not responsible. You sent me the dam link. You also now sent me the link to unsubscribe. If you have nothing to do with this, then why have some much interaction with it. I demand my R10 returned as well as the prior deduction. Now please, let me say this now, because the interlect levels at vodacome will return the R10 and then have it deducted as it was a result from an airtime advance. So take this into your consideration around resolving this issue. I am only trying to purchase data and never signed up for any subscription to any service.

Dear Client
We responded to you via SMS and resolved this matter.
Please note that I have liaised with the Value Added Services Division and they confirmed that WASPs (who are the providers of the content) are within their rights to appoint an agent to bill and collect money on their behalf for content sold by them to their customers.
It is not required in law for the agent (in this case Vodacom) to have a specific agreement with, or permission from, the customer, to bill and collect the money on behalf of the WASP.
Notwithstanding the above, the agreement concluded between each WASP and Vodacom provides that every WASP that utilizes Vodacom's services to bill and collect monies for the WASPs' products/services, may only instruct Vodacom to bill and collect money for those products/services that have been specifically requested by customers.
Moreover the Wireless Application Service Provider Association (WASPA) has been constituted to regulate all WASPs to ensure, inter alia, that they abide with the aforementioned provision. Please note that you may contact WASPA via email at *** or call on ***.
