<p>Hi.....i currently bought Vodacom 1GB and within 3 days I received an sms saying I have less than 298 mbs on my account. I called them to ask what happened to the 1GB because 100 mbs last me a week and few days, so how come 1GB lasts for three days?...they told me the matter is serious and they will send me a reference number when I hang up then they will look in to the matter. I waited for that reference number since last night n even now m still waiting.... I tried communicating with them on their Facebook page and they asked me to send them an email telling them what happened, I did as instructed and send the email. They called me again and on that phone call their guy started yelling at me on how I don't want to be educated and how my poor management on my data is not their problem and that they won't refund me my 1GB........sad </p>
