<p>In March I upgraded my contract with Vodacom to the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime. The adverti*****t had 5 gigs of once off data included in the deal. On the 1st of April I received the R200 airtime but not the 5 gigs of data. I called in more than a week ago and spoke to consultants on 3 occasions but the matter is still not resolved. I still have the brochure as proof. This is unacceptable on so many levels. I have another contract due for upgrade now and if this is the way Vodacom operates then I'd much move to another operator.</p>

I was contacted by Lesley Abels from Vodacom who advised that my 5 gig data has been allocated however I am not satisfied.
A colleague of mine Heinrich Hagen upgraded with the same commencement date, same type of deal only with a different device and his 5 gigs data is valid for two months however mine is only valid for one. Where's the fairness in this?
