At about 18:34 I purchased a \Just 4 You chat 20 bundle"and my airtime was deducted. But when I check whether or not my bundle was loaded I get a message that I do not have an active bundle. I called the call center twice at 30 min intervals only to be told to reboot my phone - which I did"
