ROBACOM UNRESPONSIVE

Still no call from the complaint I logged last week, ROBACOM can keep their call as I know they are going to come up with a pathetic explanation! They have all the time in the world to send me sms's that prompt me to upgrade my contract, why would I upgrade with a provider who cannot even address it's customer's grievances??? Probably the network is not allowing them to make outgoing calls. They can save themselves a phone call, it doesn't matter anymore.
