Roaming not done!!!

I phoned a week before i left and activated my roaming and nothing was done!!! When i got oversee i mailed Vodacom the responds mail responded that i wi get feedback in 24hours and its been over 3days. Call log no 0021~11PE. Please email me asap that this is been done cause unacceptable that i am in a foreign country and that i did inform vodacom and nothing was done
