Roaming never works in Europe or America

Good afternoon ,<br> <br> <br> I have complained about this before , and yet I still have the same problem.<br> <br> Every time I got to Germany , Austria or France my number cannot receive or make calls<br> after a day or so , I cant even send a sms..... Even though I have full reception .<br> <br> I have exactly the same issue in the USA ( Atlanta , California , Utah , Arizona )<br> <br> Each time I return from South Africa , I see I still have money on my phone ..<br> So I dont understand how it does not work..<br> <br> This has been going on for 2-3 years now.<br> <br>
