Roaming deposit not returned!!

I called Vodacom to activate my Roaming on 20 April 2015. I had to go to Kenya for a business trip. They requested me to pay a roaming deposit of R5000. This was ridiculous because I've been a contract user for many years! I paid the R5000 deposit because I didn't want to be stuck in Kenya without being able to contact anyone. Upon arrival in Kenya my roaming was never activated, I was stuck in a foreign country with no phone!!!<br> When I returned, I phoned Vodacom again to deactivate my roaming and asked them to return my deposit. Almost 2 months later and I haven't received my R5000 deposit back. I've been on the phone to their call centre sooooo many times, and they keep on putting me through to different departments and everyone tells me a different thing with no concrete answers of when I can expect my deposit back. Finance department told me 7 working days...hahahaha! I've even been into vodashops, but surprise they cant help, they just phone the call centre again! This is PATHETIC - I paid R5000 for a service never activated!!! Scale of 1-10 for service, I give you a 0!!!!
