Roaming bundle *******

I traveled overseas recently and bought 1Gb data bundles for R99 - Vodacom would renew them without any confirmation from me. It worked well until I boarded an Egypt Air flight - I got an SMS at 20:43 saying “You’re roaming on Vodacom Travel data bundle with 1Gb of data for R99/7 days, so you’ll save and know your spend”

And then a few hours later get a bill for R4’028.51at 05:13 - this was while I was on the flight. What happened to my bundle? It worked in Egypt so why not on all their networks.

I did refer it to Vodacom - Ref EC-1LNO-2UTSTIN and the informed me that it was out of bundle rates. How? Suddenly, I'm out of bundle.

This is unacceptable!
