Road Assistant

I'm so so annoyed by the **** service I received last night from Vodacom Road Assistant. Last night I had a break down around 12am and contracted Vodacom Road Assistant guess what they couldn't assist me. I was told a stupid story that they cannot pick up my details but funny enough when they debit me every month they do have my details. I was told I needed to pay cash and will be reimbursed later what kind of an excuse. I woman late at night and they couldn't assist me. I will never recommend any one to Vodacom in fact I'm cancelling that service, just taking people's money for nothing. I'm still shocked
