RMCS

I have been struggling with my VODACOM sim card since saturday, firstly i could not buy BIS as im using a a blackberry 9380 and every call that i got appeared as a private number.On Saturday when i called vodacom the consultant i spoke to said there was a problem with their BIS internet services now as i called them today on monday i spoke to an agent by the name of Helen and she told me that i was now under contract by a company called RMCS and could not help me.i called this company as she gave me their numbers and they said they would get back to me Reference number : ***665 and i spoke to the a lady by the name of Ntokozo. i just called vodacom again and they still cant help me telling me that if i am edgars or jet client iam now under contract. The two ladies i spoke to now is Vuyiswa Phumudi and Anna Zulu. i did not take out any contract from any service provider and have not speoken to anyone offering a contract from this company.can they please remove my name from their RMCS company and vodacom must learn to be fair to their client as i bought this sim card from shoprite and not as a contract. can i have someone explain to me whaT IS HAPPENING.
