Risk phone being blacklisted by untrained callcentre agents

My daughters phone was ****** on Saturday morning and I called codacome to bolaklist it. I have many phones in my name, my children and staff who work for me.

The call centre agent TOOK DOWN the IMEI number, I read it from the insurance policy, and blacklisted another phone in my name, that of her sister instead of the ****** one.

It took many calls to the call centre to be told eventaully late that night that the phone had been blacklisted, a form was emailed to me telling me that I had to wait days until it was unblacklisted.

What a nerve! How dare their untrained staff make such a huge error, only for us to have to wait days! What an inefficient company, what a lack of standards. What sort of business morals do they have?
