*********** customers with out of bundle data rate

Vodacom feels its OK to rip of ftheir customers with their R2/MB out of bundle data rates. Every month I buy a data bundle of 1GB, which works out to costing 5c per MB. Then for some strange reason, when this runs out, my rate goes up to R2/MB... This type of BACKWARDS and ANCIENT customer RIP-OFF thinking is not welcome in this country anymore Vodacom. Companies like Afrihost are offering their data at 10c per MB in their out of bundle rates! Its time for you to dump your 20th Century attitude to your customers and get with the program Vodacom, customers are angry at your techniques which can only exist for one reason, to blatantly ******* every customer on your books at any chance you can get.
