Ripping customers off as per usual
So I called Vodacom today to find out when my contract is ending. Spoke to a lady from Client Services who confirmed that 2 of my lines had expired, one in 2018 and the other in July 2019. I asked to be transferred to the cancellation department she did. I was told by another agent that none of my lines had expired. 1 : where does the 1st lady get this information from ? 2:Are they not working off the same system ? 3: when I got a call from migration I specifically told y’all not to change my contact terms. I have tolerated your nonsense over the years and nothing is changing
