********** BY VODACOM CONTRACT

Good day everyone, please assist me. On April last year I bought a contract phone at vodacom; it was a blackberry Q5. Because I aready had a contract sim card with them I decided not to take another sim card and use the old one on the new phone. The problem was that the old one had a macro sim which could not fit on the Q5. We had to do sim swap one of the sales people assisted me with that. After 24 hours upon noticing that the phone had no signal I took it back she tried again and told me everything should be OK in few hours. I took it back again and they took it to repairs. When calling and visiting the branch no one seemed to know about phone claiming the old staff was no longer working their and I had to take it on with the person I had given it to. I pleaded and pleaded until they asked me to come with the duplicate I received when they were booking the phone for repairs with I did. I was promised to be contacted later that day but months went by without any communication. I went again two weeks ago and asked about the phone but no one knew where it was. I asked to speak to the manager but I was told he was on leave he will give me feed back when he gets back but he has not. I called vodacom complaints department they told me there is nothing they can do I should speak to the manager. This is really frustrating me as vodacom is debiting every month for a phone that I have never used. I feel like both vodacom and the staff at Matatiele branch not taking this metter serious and they are not showing interest in resolving this. Please assist me.
Proposed solution I would like my handset repaired or replaced
Solution description I would like to pay for something that I am using; treated coutersly by Matatiele staff and vocadom call center personnel.
