********** BY VODACOM CONTRACT!!!

<p>I submitted my contract phone for repairs based on a technical fault on the phone! </p> <p>the phone went through the vodacom store inspection, for dents scratches water damages etc the phone was like new ... </p> <p> </p> <p>the screen went black all sounds are playing in the background.</p> <p> now vodacom says i need to pay cash to replace a whole host of things like the batery unit screen phone housing etc ... the amount is twice the value of the phone rediculous.... vodacom needs to pay for that not me. the phone is still on contract . and i did not damage the phone it is a technical fault with the phone which in the contract is covered for over the 24 months.</p> <p> </p> <p>i will stop paying this account because is almost a month now and no serivce no contact my 5th wright up on the **** service i get. every call i make more money from me.</p> <p> </p> <p>the only solution is to repair the phone or replace it.</p>
