I'm very unhappy with the service I've received from Vodacom, I bought airtime via their app and I didn't get it, I called my bank and they said that I must call Vodacom, I did that numerous times but still haven't gotten my airtime to date meanwhile the transaction went through, they not even replying to my messages on social media, they are just ripping people off
