Ripped of by Vodacom

Good day<br> <br> My name is Earl Daniels, I am from Bloemfontein in the Free State. I received a call from Elite moblie who sold a tablet deal to me on behalf of vodacom in May 2015. The agent explained to me that I get the tablet with 110 airtime, 60 min vodacom to vodacom calls for free, 20mb data per day for free, 70% discount when converting air into data bundles and unlimited sms's per month. The agent said that the other benefit was that my first payment will go off end of June 2015 only. The agent also explained that the tablet has 4gig on-board space.<br> I requested to speak to the manager of that department who is Mr. Neilen Naicker, he confirm the deal with me. I accepted the deal and the tablet was delivered to my house. <br> <br> Firstly, I only received 100 rand airtime, no sms's, no 60 min free voda to voda calls, the device had only 2Gig memory, no 70% off data purchase. When I report this to vodacom and Elite mobile they had many stories and processes to follow. The exchange period is running out and they are still investigating the call record. I provided them with the call recording refence number and the personnel number of the manager who confirmed the deal with me. Ripped
