Ripoff settlement

Vodacom is so dishonest Last year in May 2025 I ask for a settlement letter for this contract ending 32808 the settlement was R4600 Now I ask again for a settlement 11months later They give me a settlement of R4100. Isn't that plain ***** while the installment monthly is R347 sort off Vodacom ripoff the customers in every way they can
