Ripoff

I took a second contract on the 10th of November. Vodacom was suppose to bill me within 48hrs of activation and they didn't. On the 16th I went back to the store where I took my contract and asked the lady why they haven't deducted then the poor lady said I must dial 082111 and listen to my account it will tell me if they added the money with the existing account, of which they did and it was saying they will debit on the 27th November. On the 22nd the debit and no mony was available for them and they charge me extra R100 I get their sms and contact them immediately and tell them if they want to debit before hand they could have send an sms but never the less they can debit I availed the money for them. They log a call and promise it will be done.To my surprise they only debit today and penalised me R100 for nothing I feel this is a ripoff.
