Ripoff!!

<p>I can not believe ive been withthis terrible network so long!! in 2015 i took out a contract with vodacom, which on the 1st of each month i receive R150.00 airtime BUT on the very same day as i get the airtime, is dissapears in less than 15min...... however if i buy myself airtime R12 vodacom it LASTS more than 3days!!!!! now how the hell ONLY ON THE FIRST WHEN MY AIRTIME GETS LOADED R150.00 CAN NOT LAST 15MIN???????IMPOSSIBLE and each time i get told some app is running, i just dnt see how my airtime never last on the 1st of the month but any other day of the month i can use as little as R5 and it doesnt dissapear!!!! My cell phone got ****** and i did a sim swap and all just conveniently i got a new phone on the 1st of the new month and guess what happends??? MY R150.00 LASTED 6Minutes cos i called in immediately and was told that i switched my phone on at 15:00 the afternoon and at 15:06 there was no airtime, Im really getting #@$vol of paying for a contract that actually just doesnt benifit me in any way!!!! its a ripoff after ripoff im sick of it, i cnt loose R150 every other month just because "the internet is running" there is always some bull**** excuse you get because "they always right" ill never send people to vodacom again!! never will i extent my contract either-the sooner the better i get rid of this network</p>
