I am very disappointed with Vodacom Wonderboom Junction, I bought a screen protector for Samsun S22 Ultra but keeps on falling off the phone.

I went to the shop more than 3 (three) times for a replacement, but nothing happened. Now they say there is nothing they can do, and I paid R400 but still, I do not have a screen protector for my phone. I raised my concern, but no one is willing to listen to me, I feel like the whole Vodacom Wonderboom staff is ignoring me and i paid for the screen.
