Good day I just requested a contract cancellation from Vodacom which they quoted me R8000 here is the thing. I am currently paying R299pm and have about 16 months left on my contract That equates to about R4800 until contract end date. the issue i have is that besides the cancellation costing more than the actual remaining costs, i do not have a device with vodacom it is a data only deal which means i wont be getting a device out of the deal shoul i opt out. This is really dissapointing as i am a vodacom customer for over 10 years already and have about 3 running contracts with them currently.
