******* & Customer Service down the drain

Vodacom seems to change things without caring about customer needs or at least sharing. I am no longer able to obtain itemised billing in CSV format since receiving this format for over 2 years, been told this morning that this option is no longer available. Cannot get itemised billing report on myvodacom any longer, and only view option. I just noticed that i am being charged R99.00 for 500mb data monthly, and this has been happening for over a year. was told that I activated this on *111#. I would not do this as i purchase once off data bundle on the app only when the need arises. An activation date could not be provided due to system changes. I suspect this was happening since i got my contract and I need to be credited for all these months as i did not request for it. My call gets cut off whilst busy on urgent matters. I call Vodacom and was informed that i did not reach my temp limit as yet, but need to load a once off voice bundle. Been doing this since early January. Today was informed that i did not reach limit, but another agent says i did. Seems like somebody there does not know whats happening or their system is so confusing. Due to similar frustrations, I cancelled a contract last year. Seems like i am heading in the same direction when my other contract comes to an end in April. Customer service does not seem important anymore. I was informed that an incident can only be logged for the monthly data query 1- ********** ********** 84 and that the others cannot be logged as the Agent cant see a vaild complaint. Once again customer is not important and Vodacom does as they please!
