******* by Vodasure
A few years back an amount of R79 per month was debited from my bank account. I've recently found out that it was Vodasure. Upon enquiring with them they advised that the insurance was taken in 2008, which i have refuted. After they checked their records they couldn't find paperwork relating to the transaction and they agreed to refund an amount equal to 3 yrs and 2 months deductions this based on prescription period which i fully u derstand. Upon following up on the refund after being advised by their staff member that the refund was prepared on the 7 March 2018, upon following up on the unpaid refund on the 15 March 2018, I was advised that the payment will be made after 45 days in order for the last debit order of Feb 2018. Even after I have advised that I stopped the debit order and they therefore do not need to refund febs premium. They still insist on paying after 45 days. Now they don't have documentation for the transaction after checking their records twice , They still further inconvenience me with their unreasonable time lines
