I bought phone online My cellphone was delivered on the 22 of sep2015 with 100 mb of data in 2 days time it got finished i bought a data of 100mb and asked them to reduce my limit to R50 after mayb 2 days again it got finished and my phone gt suspended after 2 days again i asked to be reconnected they increased the limit to R107 i bought another data of 100mb but i took off vodacom sim before my data got finished switched to my Telkom sim, it was on the 3rd of oct i think. Now on the 20th i gt charged R1633 on my statement when i called they said i used a data of R1200 its 12gigabytes doing what with it cause im always at work, now Vodacom i want answers i used vodacom sim card less than 10 days i get charged this much, evn now when i check my billing nxt month its R460 on a sim that i now dnt use my contract its R349 per month. Im using HTC phone its my 3rd phone, htc its not those phone you should swith off your mobile data in order for it not charge once you go out it also stops there so they should'nt make an excuse that i did not switch of my data i did not even download applications i only downloaded Whatsapp.. Vodacom i need my refund or take your Cellphone
