I signed a sim only contract with Vodacom for 80 GB for R400/m.

There since, we have been billed R800 and R700... we don’t buy any additional data, we didn’t subscribe to any other package and we don't have any other devises.

Now they are billing us for things we never even asked for..

The Vodacom cellphone app NEVER works. I’m really not exaggerating. The App always says “Oops, something went wrong”. So I cannot access my own contract details or invoices.

When you call them their call centers are unnecessarily complicated and the call centre operators throw policies in your face when you only wanted info. I didn’t find them helpful. At all.

I can’t help but feel that Vodacom is being unfair. If you’re a paying customer, you’re not just paying for the data and devices but also for services that go with them. Therefore Vodacom is a ripoff because they treat you like a *****, They ***** you, you pay and then go... then they don’t want anything to do with you. Utterly bad.
