I had a contracts with Vodacom and we had a set back with our financial which is the normal these days due to B.E.E and so forth I contacted them and tried to make arrangements but was told that it was handled by the lawyer which we have an agreement to pay off the equipment at R 1000.00 per month with this we were told that after 6 months we could use our phone on a prepaid bases way so I called to make the arrangements but was told that this is not so and the equipment was going to stay locked and there is no recording of this discussion with them my argument with this is I am paying R 27 000.00 for equipment that I can't use. If we were on prepaid with them as they told us then we would benefit from the phones and them. Argument is why must I pay for some things that will be out date soon and can't return the equipment back. I was told to stop paying and go to court but we are not brought up this way to hit and run. Yes I know we have had the short side of the stick but we are still paying our accounts and we are on prepaid phone's. With this I ask you what can we do about this unfair situation regards Luis
