Rip-off?

Im on a RED ADVANTAGE package with Vodacom and I pay just over R1000 per month. I am due for an upgrade every 2 years according to my contract. I have been stuck with the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 for OVER 2 years. Upgrading to Note 5 was not an option as it was no upgrade since it had NO SD card slot. There was no Note 6 and then I qualified and placed an order for Note 7 and we all know what happened to Note 7. Needless to say, at no time did Vodacom come forward and say, you are paying for an upgrade as it is, here is compensation. With the result is I paid for the Note 4 how many times over???? Today I placed an order for the Note 8 which I have been waiting for since the demise of the Note 7. I am now expected to pay R1399 (oh they advised they changed the packages and now its referred to RED something or other) which now includes only an extra 100 free minutes and an extra 1GB data. No great shakes there since I am paying an extra +R300.

So now my question to Vodacom is....HOW ARE YOU GOING TO COMPENSATE ME FOR THAT EXTRA 2 YEARS THAT I HAVE OVERPAID ON MY CONTRACT AND NEVER HAD A NEW PHONE AND YOU, VODACOM, NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO NOTIFY ME, YOUR CLIENT OF ANY ALTERNATIVE PACKAGE IN THE INTERIM, SEEING AS MY PHONE WAS PAID FOR TWO YEARS AGO.

I WANT COMPENSATION!!
